The 3-room ground-floor vacation apartment offers modern amenities for up to 6 people.
The couch in the living room pulls out to provide two additional sleeping spots. The modern flat-screen TV keeps you entertained. Feel free to enjoy your meals in the cozy separate dining area.
From the living area, you can also step out onto the furnished terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. Enjoy it!
The separate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, and microwave.
There are two separate bedrooms available for sleeping: the master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, while the children’s/guest room has two single beds and a closet for your clothes.
The bathtub in the bathroom also ensures wonderful relaxation. Or do you prefer to take a shower? No problem—feel free to use the shower.

Special Features

This non-smoking apartment includes, among other things, a clothes drying rack. A high chair is available free of charge for the youngest guests.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the communal laundry room in the basement for a small fee.

Bicycles
You can park bicycles [&] and other items on the terrace or on the property. Unfortunately, there is no storage shed available for guests here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us a request via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter package containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
