Guests have access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living area. Please note that this is a non-smoking property; a $350 fee will be applied for smoking violations. While we provide Wi-Fi, occasional service interruptions from the provider may occur; the host is not responsible for compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections. Local guests within a 50 km radius require prior approval.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.



Check-In/Check-Out:



Standard Check-In: 3 PM

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.

Standard Check-Out: 11 AM

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
