Amenities

The comfortable 3-roomvacation apartment on the first floor offers comfortable accommodations for 4 guests and spans 60 square meters of living space across two levels.
In the bright and inviting living area on the first level, equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player, a cozy sofa corner invites you to relax.
From here, you can step out onto the furnished southeast-facing balcony, where you’ll enjoy a magnificent view and can soak up the sun. The retractable awning allows you to shade the balcony as needed.
The modern, open kitchenette features, among other things, a coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and much more. You can then comfortably enjoy the meals you’ve prepared here in the separate dining area.
One of the two modern bathrooms is also located on this level. The window provides additional natural light and helps ventilate the room after a relaxing soak in the bathtub or as you start your day in the walk-in shower. Of course, the bathroom is also equipped with a sink and toilet, and a washing machine is available for your use.
One of the two bedrooms is also located in the lower living area. It features a double bed and a closet for your clothes. The built-in roller shutters are perfect for blocking out the light.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the second level, the top floor, where the second bedroom and the second bathroom are located.
In this bedroom, too, a double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. A TV provides entertainment here. There are also smaller storage options for your clothes. The Velux windows are equipped with roller blinds for darkening the room.
The bathroom on the top floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A window here also provides natural light and fresh air.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. Due to its size and layout, it’s also ideal for families with children.

Bicycles

A handcart is also available in the shed for your free use.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable by all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
