Spread over two floors, this spacious 4-roomvacation apartment—with three bedrooms, a living and dining area, and a bathroom—offering 68 square meters of living space. The optimal and cozy layout creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.
In the living area on the first level, comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV invite you to spend relaxing hours there. Direct access to the balcony with patio furniture offers a wonderful Baltic Sea vibe.
The modern, open kitchen with an adjacent dining area features a variety of high-quality appliances that make meal preparation a breeze. The modern kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances and an induction cooktop. Of course, there is plenty of matching dishware, silverware, and pots and pans available.
In the guest/children’s room, also on this level, you’ll find two single beds and a closet for your vacation clothes.
Like the rest of the apartment, the modern shower room offers a high level of comfort: two sinks, a shower, and a separate toilet are another plus for this vacation rental.
A staircase leads from the living-dining room to the second living level, the top floor. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Special Features

This is a non-smoking apartment. In the building’s basement, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available in the apartment for free use. You can cycle through the Mecklenburg countryside along the Baltic Sea Long-Distance Bicycle Trail.

Bicycles

There is a shared basement in the building with a laundry room, accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. There is also a power outlet here, e.g., for charging e-bikes. In addition, there is a shared bike rack for 4 bicycles at the entrances.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
