The living room features a sofa set, an ottoman, a dining area at the kitchen counter, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player.
The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop (with 4 burners), Nespresso machine, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two single mattresses, 0.70 x 1.90 m).
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, and bathroom scale. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer for shared use are located in the building’s laundry room.
Pets are not permitted.
A free parking space is available in the underground garage for small to mid-size cars. The car must not exceed the following dimensions: Length: 5.00 m (including tow hitch), Height: 1.65 m (including roof racks and antenna), Width: 1.85 m (including side mirrors), Weight: 1,700 kg. The parking space is only wide enough for tires up to 45 cm wide. To park, the car must be driven into a car elevator.
