In our beautiful "Medita" bungalow, dear guests, you can enjoy your family vacation—even with a pet.

Amenities

The newly renovated bungalow, measuring approximately 55 square meters, is comfortably and cozily furnished. It has a total of 3 rooms and is equipped to accommodate 4 guests plus a toddler.
The optimal floor plan and cozy furnishings create that vacation feeling. The combined living and dining area and direct access to the garden foster a sense of well-being. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Start your day with a good breakfast; the spacious kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table provided.

In the two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds ensure restful nights. The larger bedroom features a double bed with dressers, and the children’s room has a great bunk bed.

The floor-to-ceiling shower in the tiled bathroom with heated floors is a delight not just for families. A small window lets in natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after showering.

On the two furnished terraces with patio furniture, you can enjoy the wonderfully fresh Baltic Sea air. While you enjoy the morning sun on the northeast-facing terrace, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable on the southwest-facing terrace in the afternoon and also use the sun loungers.
Special Features

In this family-friendly, non-smoking bungalow, a high chair and a travel crib are also available free of charge for our younger guests. Enjoy the beautiful location surrounded by nature, in the second row in the Tarnewitz district near Boltenhagen.

Bicycles

You are welcome to park your bicycles, etc., on the property. There is no lockable storage shed or similar facility on the property.

You can rent bicycles in town, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15b. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. You’re also welcome to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to two guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If necessary, please send us an inquiry via email.


Room Service - Includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter pack containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
