Divided into 3 rooms, approximately 61 square meters, is comfortably furnished for up to 5 guests.
It features a combined living/dining area with access to the furnished southwest-facing balcony. A large sofa area invites you to socialize. The sofa in the living area can be pulled out if needed, creating an additional sleeping space (sleeping area when unfolded: 130x200 cm). The TV in the living area provides entertainment. Relax with a cozy evening of TV and surf the web using the in-home Wi-Fi.
Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table, prepared in the comfortably equipped separate kitchen.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), satellite TV, and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. In the guest/children’s room, you’ll find two single beds (90x200 cm each) and a small dresser.
The brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, hair dryer, and toilet. There is also a washing machine available free of charge.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment is located near the beach and is ideal for families. A high chair is available free of charge for our youngest guests. A travel crib—whether you bring your own or rent one for a fee—can be set up in both the living area and the two bedrooms.

Bicycles

There is a bike rack next to the apartment where you can park your bicycles if needed.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
