This cozy, 90 m² non-smoking section of a house in Westerland accommodates up to 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children) and is located in a quiet area of Westerland close to the beach. The adjoining garden and the west-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture and a seasonal beach chair (Easter through October), offer additional opportunities for relaxation.
The first floor features the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a storage room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two armchairs in front of a fireplace, and a separate dining table. The entertainment system includes a flat-screen cable TV, a stereo, a DVD player, and a phone with an unlimited internet plan (DSL). The open-concept kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a dining area for 4 people. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. The bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower with an extra-low entry, a spacious vanity with under-sink cabinets, a towel warmer, and a toilet. The adjacent utility room contains a washing machine, a built-in dryer, and various cleaning supplies.
Upstairs, there is an open loft with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a separate bedroom with a double bed (sleeping area: 1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe, and two armchairs. A parking space is located right next to the house. Pets are not allowed.
