The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dish washer and washing machine, leading to beautifully furnished living areas comprising an open plan lounge/dining room with comfy seating and a large TV with national/international channels. To the front of the apartment, the sunny balcony has sofas and coffee table, perfect for relaxing, or you can enjoy a dip in the refreshing residents pool.



This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
