One of the best parts of the house is the outdoor space. The oversized, two-level covered decks offer plenty of room to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. Soak in the private hot tub, sip your morning coffee, or wind down in the evening while watching the changing colors of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The open-concept main living area features vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and large windows that bring the mountain views right inside. One of the best things about The Magnificent View is its location right between Boone and West Jefferson. Both towns are just a 17-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, shopping, breweries, and everything the High Country has to offer. Spend the day driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, visiting the shops and restaurants in Boone or West Jefferson, floating or enjoying activities along the New River, or heading to nearby ski slopes in winter. Whether you’re planning an outdoor adventure or a relaxing weekend at the house, there’s plenty to enjoy in every season.

Frosty’s Christmas Trees & Old Barn Winery: 14-minute drive. Visit the Christmas tree farm during the holiday season or stop by the winery for a relaxing outing.

Parking & Gated Community

The Magnificent View is located in a gated community, offering an added sense of privacy during your mountain getaway. The property has parking for up to four vehicles, with additional parking available along the lower side street if needed (please let us know).

Laundry & Convenience

For added convenience, the home has two stacked washer and dryer sets—one on the main level and another on the lower level. Having two laundry areas is especially helpful for larger groups and longer stays.
