Unit was set on 78 upon arrival. It took 12 hrs for the temperature to drop from 80 to 72 in the upstairs kid rooms and that was with us purchasing 3 fans just to get a little relief. The refrigerator was not cold upon arrival and cost us 150 in groceries.pool was cleaned mid-week, but they forgot to fill the spa up by not opening the correct valve (another 12 hrs to fix that). The house was as beautiful and stocked as advertised, but the communication with on site maintenance was very poor.
