The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator. The bedroom and living room are connected via the balcony. The bedroom includes a safe that can be easily set up.



The building features underground parking (one vehicle allowed), 24/7 security, a biometric access system, a business center, a game room with a cinema, and a large gym.



Guest Access:

Private entrance, elevator and parking garage. Access is using electronic lock.



Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

Ideal location: We are just steps from the famous 5th Avenue, full of restaurants, shops and nightlife, and a few minutes' walk from the MEGA supermarket for all your essential shopping needs.



Getting Around:

Connected to everything: Just 3 blocks from Av. 30, where local transport passes within Playa del Carmen; 7 blocks from the Federal Highway with direct connection to Cancun; and just 1 block from Plaza Las Perlas, departure point for Xcaret, Xplor parks and more.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib/cot available for $5 USD per night, minimum charge 3 nights (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.

- Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.



Sofa bed: let us know in the guest portal whether you will be using it and we will make it up for you. Requests placed before 4:00 PM are ready the same day; after that time, the next day.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.



For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
