We especially appreciated the thoughtful upgrades and amenities, including the new decking, the new decking, the new BBQ grill, the basketball hoop, access to the pickleball courts, and the 10% discount. These touches truly enhanced our stay and made it even more enjoyable.The only difference we noticed compared to our previous rentals in Southern Shores over the past few years was the absence of a weekly fresh linen delivery service. While not a significant issue, it was something we were accustomed to having during longer stays.Communication throughout the rental process was smooth and effective, and the customer service was outstanding. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally.
