Escape to Grand Père Point—a welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage crafted for unforgettable family getaways on Prince Edward Island’s iconic North Shore. Nestled in a peaceful seaside community, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, with several beach access points just a short stroll from your door. Whether you're wandering the shoreline, watching fishing boats glide by, or exploring the vibrant village of North Rustico just five minutes away, this location provides the ideal balance of quiet coastal living and local charm.

Step inside to a sun-filled main floor featuring an inviting open-concept layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy meal prep, along with a breakfast bar that’s perfect for casual bites or morning coffee. This bright space flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a natural gathering hub where families can reconnect, relax, and enjoy the slow rhythm of Island life.

Also on the main level is a peaceful queen bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom—ideal for guests seeking convenience and privacy.

Upstairs, the cozy loft offers a flexible space complete with a pullout sofa and a games area, making it a favourite spot for kids, teens, or anyone looking to curl up with a book or challenge the family to a board game marathon.

The walk-out lower level is designed for comfort and fun. A second TV room sets the stage for movie nights, while two additional bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with a twin-over-double bunk—provide plenty of space for families or groups. This level also includes a modern full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a convenient laundry room.

Outside, the property feels like your own private coastal sanctuary. The upper deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine, offering gentle ocean glimpses and breezes. Below, the walk-out patio leads to a large backyard where kids can play and adults can unwind. While the cottage does not include air conditioning, it stays naturally cool throughout summer thanks to the fresh ocean air flowing in from the shore.

Grand Père Point isn’t just a place to stay—it’s the gateway to a true Island experience, where quiet moments, beach days, and timeless memories come naturally.
