The Space:

Welcome to Harrington (#40), a beautifully crafted pet-friendly tiny home at Zion’s Tiny Getaway - your warm, wood-wrapped sanctuary in Southern Utah. With rich cedar walls and ceilings, glowing natural light, and sweeping red-rock views, this spacious home blends modern comfort with the rugged beauty of the desert. It’s the perfect home base for families, groups, and their four-legged companions, eager to explore Zion, Gooseberry Mesa, Water Canyon, and the endless trails right outside Apple Valley.



Inside, Harrington feels both cozy and expansive, sleeping up to six guests with one king bed, one queen bed, and a comfortable sofa bed. The inviting living room offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the trails, complete with a smart TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and warm wood textures that make the entire space feel like a desert lodge. The full kitchen is ready for shared meals and morning coffee, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, sink, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. A bathroom with a shower and a convenient washer/dryer combo makes longer stays effortless.



Step outside onto your private deck, where you can fire up the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, enjoy dinner with a view, or simply take in the desert quiet as the sky turns gold at sunset. Harrington also includes AC/heat, free parking, EV charging, and access to our playground and open-space amenities - perfect for kids and pets who need a bit of extra room to roam.

Before you book: Part of the tiny home charm here is the sleeping loft, reached by a staircase or ladder with a cozy ceiling height. It is not the right fit for everyone. If you would rather skip the stairs, several of our homes have the bed on the main floor. Just filter for "Bed on Main Floor" under Amenities.



Before arrival you will receive a link to our guest app with your door code, directions, and home instructions. Using it is optional.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to your tiny home, the outdoor deck, and convenient parking directly beside the unit. Feel free to explore our shared park space, enjoy the wide-open desert views, and plug in at our on-site Tesla charger. With endless public lands just steps away, adventure begins the moment you arrive. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re only a message away and happy to help.



The Neighborhood:

Zion’s Tiny Getaway sits in the heart of Southern Utah’s canyon country, where red-rock cliffs, open desert, and dark night skies create a stunning backdrop for your stay. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.



Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to explore Southern Utah’s wide-open spaces, and you’ll have convenient parking right beside your tiny home. Bikes are absolutely welcome - this area is a dream for riders. Gooseberry Mesa, one of the world’s premier mountain biking destinations, is just a quick 6-minute drive away, with miles of trails and public lands to discover. Whether you’re cruising scenic highways or hitting desert singletrack, adventure is never far from your door.



Other Things to Note:

Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away.



The area is a playground for outdoor lovers, with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, sand-dune adventures, swimming, stargazing, and scenic photography.



A can’t-miss local gem is Water Canyon, just 20 minutes from the property. This free, beginner-friendly hike leads through towering canyon walls to a beautiful waterfall—an unforgettable experience before or after your Zion adventure.
