From the apartment, 100 m walk in the secure residence of the Grand Cap and you are on the beach of Villers. No parking worries for your car parked in its private space before your eyes in the residence.

Our T2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator was restored in 2020 and fitted with new furniture. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 or 2 children.

The kitchen with its traditional oven and two induction hobs will allow you to cook good dishes. You will also find a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge freezer and all the new crockery necessary for your stay.

The main room gives access to the 8m2 loggia, offering a small sea view. It has a sideboard, a table, four chairs and an 85cm flat screen TV, but also 1 BZ of 140 cm offering both a seat and a comfortable bed for your children.

As for the bedroom, it has a 140x190 chest bed and a functional dressing kit for storing your personal belongings. The bedding is protected by mattress covers and disposable pillowcases.

In the bathroom for your comfort we have installed a sink with its storage unit, a shower cubicle, an electric towel dryer, a wall-mounted flat water heater and the toilet.

At the entrance, a wardrobe cupboard allows you to store your belongings.

You are welcomed on site (no key box), the operation of the apartment is explained to you. You have a private and numbered parking space under your windows.

Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking.

In 2 or 3 minutes with direct access you can enjoy the pleasures of the beach, supervised in season. Other points of interest such as walks in the freshwater marsh at 200m or along the cliffs of the black cows will enhance your stay in this family seaside resort on the Côte Fleurie. And what about the famous sunsets!
