Nice family getaway

Overall the property was well maintained. We encountered a few issues, like no extra trash bags, the air conditioning did not cool very well on the 3rd floor, and there was no shampoo in either shower. The AC issue may have been due to several power outages we had due to weather conditions. The host is great. I met him on site the day of check-in. The property was well located between the beach and town. We were able to put in our kayaks right across the road and leave the truck at the house. The lighted dock was fun as well, although the fishing could have been better, the facilities were excellent.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive to messages and timely with his responses. Location was great! Will book here again in the future!
