La tranquillité de la résidence et sa propreté .Parking fermé , l’appartement très propre à quelques mètres de la piscine. Bon point de départ pour accéder à toute l’île sans avoir à traverser le centre ville de Puerto del Carmen.

Lovely, quiet location but still very close to the sea and the town. Also lovely facilities and pool area.

This was a beautiful ground floor apartment right next to the pool. It exceptionally clean and well present with everything need of a comfortable stay. It had a patio area outside that was a real sun trap in the afternoon. It was located at the quieter end of Puerto Carmen where there is good variety of value and high end restaurants.
Whilst not an issue for me the payment is located at the top of a reasonable long and steep hill. Might not suit someone with limited mobility. It was easy to park outside the apartment in low season but I imagine at peak it would be more difficult. If visiting during the winter months it would pay to remember there is not heating and bring appropriate clothing.
