The cleanness

This is a very nice modern apartment. Close to most shopping centres. Where the place is situated is very nice and a great location. Saftey is also top notch, very nice and secure.

Firstly, i would highly recommend cleaning thoroughly as the place was not cleaned properly on arrival, there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen specifically the oven, fridge and the dishwasher. I would highly recommend bringing own cleaning supplies as the dishwashing liquid was very little. Secondly the bedding looked clean but it smelt like sweaty dirty hair, specially the pillows, and the bedding had a damped smell including the towels (towels provided was very old as it was full of bleach spots). We did not end up using the bedding at all as it was unbearable to sleep with because of the smell (would highly recommend bringing own bedding). Thirdly the bed side tables were covered with hair and the main bedroom lights were not working. 4th on the list was the noisy neighbours in the morning hours around 4 who argues untill the sun comes up and then being quiet the whole day (we fully understand the traffic in the morning and during the day which cannot be controlled). Lastly we got a noise complaint from the security or care taker that is what he called himself while the volume was on 10 on the tv which we feel like is very unfair becuase the other neighbours in the building especially the ones next to us were not resepctful at all and nothing was said to them about their noise. No one also told us that we can raise a complaint or call the security when we have a problem with the neighbours, and he was very rude with handling the situation, he spoke in a manner as if he had trouble with us from the get go as if it was an on going issue as if he had warned us before.
