Very nice Hotel with very kind personal, always ready to help. we enjoyed our stay. the position is central, just in front of the old stadium the will be renewed for the next WM. Taxies are nearby and also many good restaurants. very nice breakfast

when we enterd the room the bathromm was not cleaned properly and my wife had to clean it better

The fact that I had to make different payment for breakfast.

I liked the receptionist I met -Duniya, she made sure I was well looked after. She did all she could to make me comfortable and to enjoy my stay. The breakfast was okay, the shower was good, the AC was good, and the location to where I had an event was good. The reception and dining area was clean, the chef is good as I had chicken pasta with cheese which was delicious. The staff members are pleasant, they are pleased to serve.

I didn’t like the smell that came out of the rugs. Some of the rugs on some floors smell so bad, I would advise Occidental to get rid of the rugs and replace with tiles as it’s easy to maintain and it’s modern. Also, I noticed that when they cleaned, they took care of the bathroom, bins and the bedroom but I don’t think they sweep the floors if it’s not overly dirty. The elevators are small but manageable

The property was well kept. Although the cleaning could be improved in some surfaces, everything was tidy enough. The breakfast was overall good, but some products could be fresher. The staff is very polite.

This might be silly, but I was really hoping for the bath robes they put on the pictures and there was none. Also, the location is safe at night but I didn’t feel completely relaxed, as a woman, strolling in the streets at night. In the morning the construction of the stadium in front of the hotel was VERY noisy, and it started somewhere close to 7am. The ac is also super noisy, but I used my earplugs and it was ok to sleep (very comfortable bed btw).
