Nada. Todo fue fantástico

Bed was super comfy
Staff were all very friendly
For an expensive (above average for San Sebastián) hotel they act very cheaply - like the water is extra and asking to pay to upgrade the WiFi - shouldn’t this all be included in a 4 star hotel price?

All new. Nice decorarion. Great location.
The hotel was good but it is not yet fully finished: e.g. the curtains down, the door of the bathroom got stuck repeatedly, they say they have laundry and iron service and its not true, the garage door was broken every other day.
What we disliked most was the breakfast. Very little options, everything is a la carte and service was quite slow. They are not prepared for any intolerances to lactose or fructose which you wouöd expect given the prize category.
