I am very disappointed with this hotel. When I booked the room through Booking.com, it clearly mentioned that breakfast was included. That is the main reason I chose this hotel. However, after arriving at the hotel and asking about breakfast, the staff responded very irresponsibly. They told me that breakfast is not available here and asked me to contact Booking.com customer care if I needed clarification. This response was very unprofessional. I had to argue with the staff and explain that I booked the room only because breakfast was included. After the argument, they finally arranged a limited breakfast from a nearby hotel. If your hotel does not provide breakfast, please remove the “Breakfast Included” information from the Booking.com listing. Otherwise, it misleads customers. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the way the staff handled this situation.
