Excellent location - very convenient for getting around Perth, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Beds and pillows VERY comfortable. Nicely apppointed, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
Stated that it included parking but needed to park on nearby streets. There was guest parking but permanent residents were not keen for us to use it. Having no door bewteen main bedroom and bathroom meant you couldn't access when bedroom was in use. Fortunately, the toilet was seperate.

The location is excellent! Near to Perth Zoo and the riverfront. Good excess to public transportation especially taking the ferry across to CBD.
Within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and groceries. Near to petrol station and Angelo street, where you can find many more restaurants and convenience store.
Visitor parking is limited. May have to wait or park somewhere near.
No dryer, but drying racks are available.

Location great for us. Large rooms, and very clean.
A few items were broken, as well as there being no hot water for half our stay, so having to have cold showers. It was all then fixed the following day. But no refund or anything to apologise.
