We really appreciated the sweet maintenance man, he was very kind and helpful, please tell him that.
The hotel was fresh and well cleaned. Good location to many restaurants and shops
The hot water did not last very long and the Booking.com geo tag pinned the hotels location to be right next to Khem beach but in reality the beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel so maybe fix the geotag

Manager was very quick to respond and quite helpful. We ended up extendong our stay, it was so good. Location is great, rooms are clean, with a dedicated workspace, ac that doesnt blow directly to the bed and you even have access to rooftop deck/terrace with sea view from which you can also work. The restaurant downstairs is wuite good also. Wormly revommended.
Elevator sound too loud. Sounds silly? You'll see...
