The place was a great location, parking was good (a bit tight - recommend small/medium vehicle only), it was over two stories, and the stairs were quite steep. We have one guest with mobility issues, but they managed fine getting up and down. Great having a separate toilet downstairs. The facilities and what was provided exceeded my expectations, and it was so clean, new and tidy.

Gosh if I had find something, which is hard it would be to comment on the listing the type of coffee machine on site as never enough coffee pods provided and I bought some with me knowing there was a machine there, but they were the wrong type of pods. Such a minor detail, and it didn't bother us as all as the plunger coffee provided was great back up!

I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels for work, but this place genuinely impressed me. Everything felt fresh, the beddings crisp, appliances new, good eco products in the kitchen and bathroom, and every corner was spotless and pleasantly scented. The host’s communication was outstanding. Clear instructions before arrival, a check-in message, and prompt help. When we had a hot water hiccup, they responded immediately and even offered a complimentary shower nearby. That level of care is rare. The location is also unbeatable, just a short walk to Cathedral Square and the city centre. The house feels brand new and so well kept. We had a wonderful two-night stay, and I’d happily return. Highly recommended. Want me to shorten it for a quick post?
