Location was perfect. The property was beautiful. Super clean, comfortable and loved all the toiletries. A great place to stay would highly recommend.

The 10am checkout. 11am would be better. Only thing that stopped me giving it a 10.

Struttura moderna, pulita, con arredi nuovi e fedeli alle fotografie. Posizione centralissima. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto in tutto!

Communication from our host exceeded expectations!!! They were always prompt, accommodating, and very helpful. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and house slippers and a bottle of sparkling wine greeted us upon arrival. An elevator made it easy to bring our luggage up. We really appreciated the laundry facility, the best we’ve found during our travels. Be sure to take advantage of the location! There are excellent food options, historic sites, and markets all within easy walking distance. We highly recommend the following tour if you have time and interest: Bologna Food Valley Experience: Factories, Winery & Lunch The apartment is very spacious and has plenty of storage and places to hang clothes. You could easily work remote from this location or bring the family.

There was nothing we didn’t like but a suggestion is to add 4 towel hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom. Something to note - guests without an Italian phone number are unable to book a cab in advance

Beautifully decorated with quality fittings. Exceptional location, step right out into the old town. Yet secure and quiet once inside. A very comfortable apartment. Great to have a washing machine and dryer too. We would happily have stayed longer.

We needed help with the online check-in. Staff were patient with us, as we kept failing to complete the check-in. Perhaps we needed more instructions. Perhaps it's our age?
