Easy check-in and pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

my first vrbo rental and enjoyed the stay

When we first walked in, we were really impressed by how clean it was. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with what you need to cook. We did our breakfasts and dinners there for the most part and had no problem with anything. The appliances worked great. The beds are comfortable. It's notable that Germfask has the (infamous) Benny just down the road, antique stores, Seney Wildlife refuge. Pictured rocks is under an hour away. The Bear Ranch is under an hour, as areTahquamenon Falls. It's really a great central location for the hot spots up there. The host is incredibly considerate and accommodating. The Jolly Inn, a local favorite restaurant, is right across the street and is well worth the walk over. We saw a few deer in the backyard before we came home. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant.

The house was very clean and but not comfortable because it was advertised air conditioning and in 90 degree weather it was very hot for two 86 year olds and one who had to be on oxygen and in a wheelchair. No screens in living room and on doors. Found a portable atr conditioner but wouldn't fit in any windows except kitchen. Rob had to put it in and get lawn maintenance man to help him lift it up on a chair. The house was very nice. Everything you could possibly want. We looked for bath towels and found them wet in the washer.we had to put them in dryer and fold them. We rented the house because it had a ramp. It was very hard to get up and down it. It needed fixed at the bottom. Also when we arrived there was garbage left on porch that animals got into. The trashcan was also full. full.get up and down it him lift it on a chair so it would fit.
