Welcome to the beautiful “Six Senses” vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, right in the heart of the town. This lovingly furnished 3-room apartment is located in the 2Seasons residential complex, in the rear building—known as the Spring House—at Erlenbruchstraße 10. Despite its central location, the apartment is in a quiet setting and promises pure relaxation.
It’s about 200 meters to the Baltic Sea and the fine-sand beach. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, is also less than a 2-minute walk away.
You don’t even necessarily need to take your car to go grocery shopping. Famila and Aldi are also only about 150 meters away. Despite the very central location, you’ll enjoy a pleasantly quiet stay here. This gorgeous vacation rental offers the ideal vacation home for the whole family in a quiet and very central location in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
The 3--bedroom vacation apartment spans the first floor and the basement and promises relaxation and a pure vacation experience for up to 5 people with a dog. The lovely south/west-facing terrace on the first floor, complete with a beach chair, is the perfect spot to wind down after a sunny day—including a fenced-in garden with a lockable, separate garden gate. This gives you additional, separate access to your vacation apartment. The patio door also features a screen and a vertical awning.
Upon entering the “Six Senses” apartment, you’ll find yourself in the small, tastefully decorated entryway. From here, turn left toward the open-concept living-dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose SoundTouch system for radio and music streaming. The dining area is directly adjacent to the open, high-end kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, freezer, and oven. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, an egg cooker, a kettle, and a toaster. For our younger guests, we’ve provided age-appropriate tableware, as well as child safety covers for the electrical outlets.
There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
From the entryway, you can also go down the stairs to the right to reach the lower living level. There you’ll find the bathroom with a toilet, a children’s stool, and a shower.
The two bedrooms are also located in the lower level of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental. Bedroom I features a double bed (180x200 cm) and an additional single bed (90x200 cm). There is also an additional flat-screen TV available here. The second bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large, spacious closet.
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened.
Special Features
Two high chairs are available free of charge in this vacation rental. In addition, this dream home features free Wi-Fi. A parking space is located right next to the house. A washing machine is available for your use in the shower room in the basement. The owners provide a travel crib (60x120 cm) with a mattress, as well as a basket of children’s toys (ages 1–3).
This is a non-smoking apartment, and your dog is also welcome here.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
