Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

The Kaufmannshof is located in a perfectly central location, just a few meters from the center of Timmendorfer Strand. This is the perfect place for you if you’re looking for like-new vacation apartments right in the heart of the bustling town center. You can do your grocery shopping right in the immediate neighborhood. An Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy are within walking distance. You don’t even necessarily need a car. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shops, boutiques, and restaurants, is just a few steps away. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about 300 meters away.
Amenities
On the 2nd floor, we offer a modern 2-room apartment for 3 adults plus one child. This Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental features a separate bedroom on the second level (accessible via a staircase) with a double bed (180x200 cm), as well as a sleeper sofa for one child.
The spacious living room features a modern leather sofa set, a fold-down wall bed for 1 person, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The open-concept kitchen, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a cozy dining area.
A large shower room with a bidet and a separate guest restroom are available to vacationers. The west-facing loggia (covered balcony) rounds out this beautiful vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.
Special Features
Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation home. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking vacation home. An underground parking space is available for your car (entry height approx. 2.0 m). The building also has an elevator that will take you conveniently up to the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in the building.
There is an electric charging station for cars at the parking space; it can be used for a one-time fee of €50—please book this service separately.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies, including one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
