Your vacation home is located at Strandallee 182, at the end of Timmendorfer Strandallee heading toward Niendorf. You can reach the center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its many great shopping options, cafés, restaurants, and bars—in about 8–10 minutes on foot. The supermarkets (Famila, Aldi) are about a 5-minute drive away.

In the penthouse "The View," a high-quality penthouse spanning approximately 100 square meters with 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people awaits you. The entrance to the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

The “The View” penthouse features a modern living room with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, and CD player, as well as a high-quality dining area. The large kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and steam cooker. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a shower in this area of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental.

The separate bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) and a second flat-screen TV is located on the second level of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental (accessible via a staircase); the second bedroom features a bunk bed with two mattresses (90x200 cm) and is located on the lower level. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rainforest shower and is also located on the second level.

Special Features

Dogs are welcome in this Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. This penthouse includes an underground parking space (entry height approx. 1.90 m). You can store your bicycles in the bike shed behind the house (we cannot guarantee availability). The building has an elevator, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is stocked with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
