We warmly welcome you to the “Meerliebe” apartment at Dornkampstraße 1. Here you’ll find a modern, well-equipped apartment that leaves nothing to be desired and is sure to make any vacationer’s heart sing.
Dornkampstraße is a quiet residential street, just about 500 meters from the beach and only 300 meters from the lively town center. Yet you’ll still be staying in a very central location. Within a 5-minute walk, you can easily reach all the cafés, bars, restaurants, and shopping options—the ideal starting point for your vacation.
Amenities
This is a tastefully furnished two-room apartment where up to 2 people can enjoy their getaway on the Baltic Sea.
The 52-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level and features a furnished, covered balcony facing south.
The fully equipped open-concept kitchen-living room includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The high-end living room features a comfortable sofa, a large TV with Magenta TV, and access to Disney+ and Netflix.
The cozy lighting design, the apartment’s warm colors, and the Le Feu ethanol fireplace create a special atmosphere here.
There is a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) featuring a full-length mattress. A tall cabinet with a built-in clothes rod provides ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Here you’ll find the second TV, which also gives you access to Magenta TV, Disney+, and Netflix.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower rounds out this modern and lovingly designed Timmendorfer Strand apartment.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee; 50-cent coins) are available at this vacation complex.
Pets are not allowed in this Timmendorfer Strand apartment. Outdoor bike racks are available for your use. (We cannot guarantee space for your bikes.) A parking space is located directly at the building. Please note that there is no elevator in the complex. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel) and four dishwasher tablets.
Note

Please note that a new building is under construction on a neighboring property (Wilhelmstr. 9/11). As of September 2026, only the balcony railings and the outdoor area remain to be completed; completion is expected by the end of 2026. Only the bedroom window faces in that direction.

In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we will offer you a 10% discount on the base room rate for the affected weekdays, to be applied upon checkout.
