Welcome to the “Baltica” vacation rental in the quiet village of Niendorf, located just a few steps from the beach. The two-unit house is located at Grüner Grund 8 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea.

The beach is just under 120 meters away, and the center of Niendorf—with its charming cafes, restaurants, shops, and fishing harbor—is a 5- to 10-minute walk away. A supermarket and a bakery for your morning rolls are just a few meters away.

For cycling enthusiasts, there’s an opportunity to explore the beautiful countryside along the Brodten cliffs just a few hundred meters from the house.

If you’d like to engage in other sports, you can play a round of golf at the Travemünde Golf Course, which is only about 5 km away, or go for a swim at the seawater indoor pool, just 550 m away.

The modern 2-room Apartment No. 1 "Baltica" offers ample space for up to 4 people with approximately 80 square meters of living space.

You’ll find a spacious entryway leading to the bright living room, which features a sleeper sofa (140x220 cm), a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a dining area for 4 people. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, furnished balcony facing southwest, where you can enjoy the sun from noon until evening.

The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also seating for 2 people here.

The bedroom of the Niendorf vacation rental is furnished with a box-spring bed (full-length topper: 180x200 cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. External blinds ensure exceptional sleeping comfort, allowing you to completely darken the room.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a toilet, a bathtub, a shower, and a heated towel rack. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort. There is also ample storage space.

There is a designated outdoor parking space next to the house for your car. You can store your bicycles in a separate bike shed.
The fireplace may not be used and is therefore not part of the rental agreement.

This is a non-smoking accommodation, and pets are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
