O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Stay in the heart of Columbus in this renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bath flat located directly on High Street. Whether you’re visiting for work, a game, a concert, or a weekend getaway, this location puts you close to it all.
The flat features a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, plus a queen-size air mattress for additional guests.
Enjoy upgraded finishes, stylish local décor, and all the amenities you’d expect from a first-class Airbnb, including fast Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a Keurig coffee maker, and one free parking space.
Important Property Details:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator access, and there are no additional stairs inside the apartment. If you have difficulty climbing multiple flights of stairs, we do not recommend booking this property.
This property is located just off a popular, vibrant street and within a residential apartment building. Guests should expect some level of city and neighborhood noise, including occasional traffic, nightlife, and sounds from neighboring residents. While we do our best to provide a comfortable stay, some noise is beyond our control. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind when booking.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.
Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.
Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.
Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.
No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
