Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at our check-in time, the cleaning crew was just leaving, the floors were all wet so we had to wait for them to dry. The house itself was beautiful and spacious for our family of ten. A couple of days in, the upper floor was 80 degrees. We called maintenance and found out one of the air conditioners went out. The immediately brought in 2 window air conditioners. The house was laid out well. Each bedroom was an en suite and we had two additional bathrooms. There was plenty of things to do in house in case of a rain day. Very spacious with lots of area to break out by yourselves or be all together. One reason I wouldn’t recommend it is that we had daily bear visits. They didn’t bother us, but we were vigilant. I am not a frequent Airbnb user, but ones I have been in were better supplied with towels, paper products and even garbage bags. ( we only had two)

Excellent property and close to Gatlinburg. The property and amenities were great and this location is at the end of a drive for privacy.
