Practical and cozy apartment – freshly renovated, suitable for short or long stays in a quiet location with a private terrace and a view of greenery.

Two bedrooms and a spacious, bright living-dining area with a kitchenette.

The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two additional guests.

We recommend this apartment for workers or travelers passing through who are looking for simple and affordable accommodation, as it is in an older building and located directly on a street. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. It is less suitable for vacation guests due to the location and amenities.

Key box available, allowing independent and flexible access.
