Enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay in this bright and welcoming three-bedroom home, perfectly located just a stone’s throw from Cheltenham Racecourse. Sleeping up to eight guests, with driveway parking for two cars, it’s ideal for racegoers, families, friends or work trips.

The light entrance hallway leads into an open-plan lounge and dining area, with a dining table seating eight, a three-seater sofa, armchairs and a charming log-burning stove. The sofa can also be made up as a double bed on request, providing sleeping space for two additional guests. Baskets of kiln-dried logs, kindling, firelighters and matches can be provided for 20 GBP per basket.

To the rear is a simple but well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, under-counter fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. From here, step into the generous private enclosed garden with a lawn and bench seating for six. Guests also have access to the garage, where you’ll find the washing machine.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, all prepared with crisp, hotel-quality bed linen. The main bedroom has an extra-long 7ft double bed, wardrobe, bedside furniture and chest of drawers. Bedroom two has a standard double bed with similar storage.

Bedroom three is a very compact and cosy room with a bunk bed. There is limited floor space and no additional furniture, but drawers and pull-out storage beneath the bunk provide some basic storage. It’s a snug and practical sleeping space, particularly suited to children or guests who are happy with a smaller room.

A modern bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the upstairs.

With sleeping space for up to eight and Cheltenham Racecourse just moments away, this is a comfortable and convenient base for enjoying Cheltenham and the surrounding area.
