The condo was great. Clean and big. Could use some updates but it's very nice. The complex is kinda a rip off. They charge for everything. Use of the pools ect. We do this trip every year with our kids. We do 11 days in Florida. 4 as a family then we go to waterscape in destin fwb for a week with a group. Waterscape destroys everything. They dont charge for the amenities and everything is amazing. In short it's gorgeous but the value isn't there. We are just going to start doing all 10 days at waterscape.

Contacting the host and getting in early was a frustration, as well as only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but the condo was beautiful and resort was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back

Read fine print: 75 check in fee, Amenity fee per day, amount depends on the time of year. There is no early check in and no late check out.There was a multitude of problems, especially how loud the unit was, from the 13th floor we keep could hear complete conversations from the tennis court, a party from the eighth floor of another tower. The “garden tub” in the master bathroom while it does have jets is very small. The pools were clean and the hot tubs were hot.
