Great place for a large group. Lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate all. The location is close and convenient to Hiawassee. The house was not well equipped with pots and pans and furniture was stained and could use some updating. There also was a lack of towels and no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. This was all remedied with a quick trip to town but would have been nice to have known in order to bring our own. All beds were comfortable. Two beautiful decks, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit were enjoyed by our group.

In addition to this property, we also booked the sister property, Mossy Oaks Manor. Our group thoroughly enjoyed both of these properties. They were large enough to accommodate our group. We cooked a few meals, and the kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our food. We found the properties to be clean and in great shape. We especially enjoyed being atop our own ridge for privacy and great scenery. We also had plenty of parking for our guests. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any inquiries we had. It was a great stay, and we hope to be back next fall.

Great location, amazing view. House is a little worn and hot tub was not functioning during our visit.

The rental was definitely functional and had all the room we needed, and had gorgeous views, especially in the fall. There were some things that needed maintenance, but overall, a good stay.
