We were the first renters and the house and there were a few glitches that could have easily been resolved. However, the poor responsiveness of the rental company caused unnecessary stress. We followed their protocol of messaging in the app & then calling the number listed. No one responded until after the stay. Therefore, we did not have have any hair dryers, beach towels/chairs, basic kitchen supplies (colander, containers, etc), could not use the induction cook top stove, (apparently it got locked & no one could help us unlock it). The biggest issue outside of not being able to use the cooktop for the entire trip was the unresponsiveness of the hosts. They kept sending texts to give them a 5 star review, however they couldn't even respond to our basic needs.
