The house is in a wonderful location and overall the house was good. The private beach access is a big perk. The pool was great. The options of activities through Xplori was just ok as they struggled to adjust plans. There were a few things tried to address at the time with Destin Dreamers (Marie E.) and although she was prompt to return a message, no action was actually taken to address the concerns. Due to a few things I asked for any compensation and again action was not taken (to this moment anyway).

The location was amazing. Home was clean. There was a lot of wear and tear throughout the home, but nothing that impacted the stay.

Proximity and access to the beach was awesome. The property managers were a pleasure to work with when we had a couple of house maintenance issues. They were quick to respond an to correct the issues. They sent us donuts to apologize for the inconvenience. The kitchen and Cook ware were highway we needed to cook for 20 peopleA day.

Our family of eleven stayed at this gorgeous property to celebrate Christmas. It had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms, it is extremely clean and well stocked, and a VERY short walk to a white sand beach with crystal water. The beach has an access code so it was almost private like!Owners are exceptionally kind and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
