We ask that you treat the accommodation as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Please follow the sorting instructions and use the appropriate bins:
General waste: standard trash can
Recyclables: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: Dispose of exclusively in the designated glass containers
It is prohibited to leave trash bags in common areas or outside the accommodation.

No Smoking
The accommodations are a completely smoke-free facility; smoking is not permitted even near the windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays; do not leave them on the ground.

Respect for Neighbors
Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Guests & Events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.

Safety & Energy Conservation
Please remember:
Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you leave the accommodation
Close the windows and lock the door before you leave
On the day of your departure, we ask that you:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
Return the furniture and itemsto their original places

We have implemented a personalized check-in process, which is handled by a dedicated receptionist.

Prior Contact: Your front desk staff member will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (Arrival): Arrival time: between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (a surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM). Upon arrival, you will be met directly at the accommodation to receive your keys in person. An inventory check will be conducted with you upon arrival to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (Departure): Departure time: before 10:00 a.m. On the day of your departure, an inventory check will also be conducted, followed by the return of the keys.
Security deposit: 2,500 € via credit card authorization
