Your vacation rental is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina building and is easily accessible by elevator.
With 47 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for up to 4 adults:
- Living room with direct access to the covered, furnished balcony (including a patio heater)
- Living area with TV and sofa corner,
integrated sleeping area with a comfortable bed and wardrobe
can be darkened with pleated blinds and blackout curtains
- Separate bedroom with two single beds (sleeping surface: 2x 80 x 200 cm), TV, and closet
Blackout option with pleated blinds and blackout curtains
- Kitchen with dining area for 4 people, kitchenette, and TV
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
The apartment includes 2 outdoor parking spaces.
Swim in the building’s own swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis, test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B (the two bicycles belonging to the apartment are also stored there). In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
