Spend a wonderful holiday in this holiday home close to the beach.

This holiday home impresses both with its location close to the sea and its light-flooded ambience. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light while you cosy up on the sofa. Whether you're listening to a podcast, streaming the latest series or preparing fresh meals together in the kitchen, you'll quickly find yourself in holiday mode here.

The spacious terrace invites you to spend lots of time outdoors, whether reading, chatting or enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine. Take a dip in the pool, which you share with others, and then lean back on a sun lounger. Play a round of mini golf or watch your children play and climb in the playground.

Take a leisurely stroll to the sea and swim at the beaches of Njivice, walk along the waterfront or simply sit by the water with a view of Kvarner Bay. In the town of Njivice, you can stroll through the small harbour, try fresh fish and other Croatian dishes in restaurants and konobas and enjoy the quiet atmosphere at the marina in the evening. If you want to be active, explore the coastal paths on the island of Krk on foot.
