We We provide you with a welcome booklet presenting the instructions relating to the villa as well as useful information, our good addresses, and tourist activities.

Check in is by appointment for key collection from 4 p.m.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. live with the concierge service.
📌House rules
• Check-in: from 4pm
• Check-out: before 10am
• Non-smoking inside the house
• Sorry but pets are not allowed
• Respect for the neighbours
• Please leave the house clean and tidy (this helps the cleaning staff enormously)

💵Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required on arrival to cover possible damages:
- Loss of key
- Damage
- Stained linen and towel
- Smoking in the accommodation
- Heating to more than 21 degrees
- Failure to comply with the rules and non-respect of the property

Be careful, 60€ may be taken from the deposit if the Plancha/Barbecue is not cleaned properly.
