This is a beautiful property. We had 8 adults and were celebrating a birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect, close to everything. We really enjoyed staying at this property. Would definetly stay there again. We really like how quiet it was around the area. Beds were comfortable.

Overall a great stay. Be careful with young children as there are many beautiful decorations that aren't friendly for kids. The house is PERFECT for a getaway though. I'd suggest it without young children.

We had a great time in Fredericksburg and were able to make a great meal at home in the well-appointed kitchen

Exceptional house and backyard. Excellent finish inside and outside the house. The best backyard we have ever had in Fredricksburg. Lush grass, fire pit and sitting area. Well cared for. All the utensils you would need in the kitchen. K Cups provided for coffee. Only two small recommendations would be blackout curtains for all the bedrooms and laundry soap. Would stay here again and again
