I live in the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 single suite. I only rent the twin bedrooms for 2 people, meaning the price is 2 nights per room. The master suite has a TV. The twin bedroom (without TV) has a bathroom in the hallway of the apartment. Guests feel at home and are responsible for cleaning their room and tidying up the apartment's utensils and common areas. Everything is designed for a peaceful and tranquil stay. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a table (6 chairs) for meals and work, and a service area with a sink and washing machine. The apartment is 700m from Manaíra beach. Markets, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, and banks are nearby. You can walk to the beach. It's a very quiet location for walking to the beach. Tambaú and Cabo Branco beaches are next to Manaíra beach. Everything is nearby. The daily rate is around R$70 per person (despite app fees and other charges, promotions keep the final price around that). I don't use automatic approval to avoid cancellations. Everything must be done through the app. I'll be happy to answer any questions before booking. I look forward to welcoming you to my home for a peaceful and tranquil experience. Have a good trip.
