A few minutes' walk from the access to Suscinio beach, this 168 m² house has all the makings of a place designed for large tables, holidays with the tribe and weekends in the great outdoors.
Built in 1997 and then extended in 2007 and 2013, it is located on an enclosed plot of 649 m², closed by a sliding gate, with parking for three vehicles. The beach is accessible in 500 m, protected from the winds by the tip of Beg Lann, with a boat launch ramp and the possibility of renting moorings. The centre of Sarzeau is 3.5 km away and the Super U hypermarket is 2.8 km away.
As soon as you enter, you will discover a large tiled living space of 54 m² in open space. The U-shaped kitchen, friendly and functional (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, plenty of storage), opens onto the living room. The counter allows you to share a coffee or an aperitif while the large table accommodates up to 10 people.
The living room, comfortable and warm, is equipped with two sofas, armchairs, large screen connected TV (fiber), hi-fi system and wifi.
