The condo was fine, we were in town for a wedding so did not spend much time in the condo. it was fine for the 4 of us.

Great property with convenient location to Winter Park. Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and nice.It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (I dont see that mentioned in the listing). Not a huge deal but my husband had back surgery so carrying the bags up and down 3 flights was a bit rough. I would suggest the owner maybe add an extra lock like a chain or something so guest can lock from the inside. A maintenance man opened the door and came in while we were there. If we hadn't been dressed, it could've been very uncomfortable.Only other feedback for the owner. The hot water ran out after 10 minutes in the shower. It started getting cold. My granddaughter got in after me and no hot water at all. It only happened one day which was odd. Other days it was fine.We really enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you.
