The stay was wonderful for my family. Here are some thoughts from various members of my family:- The kitchen was very well equipped. The host left a small bag of individual dish soap, a new sponge, and 3 or 4 new trash bags for the kitchen. There were a three or four dish towels, but since there was no dish drying rack, one had to be dedicated to that. I was glad that I brought extra dish rags, dry towels, and spare trash bags (we needed more than were provided).- There were all the spices we needed, so I didn't need to break into my travel spices. I'm very particular about some things so I always bring a good cutting board, one good general purpose thick-bottomed frying pan, and my own knives, but I could have worked with the ones there. They have a good selection of all of those.- The back deck, patio, dock, and party deck were all awesome. We got in the habit of going down to the party deck around dusk to see the sunset. There wasn't a direct view but it was beautiful.- The kids say the bunk beds were awesome and comfortable.- There were lots of things to entertain the kids and family including but not limited to: basketball, board games, stuffies, kid toys, ping pong, air hockey, croquet set, horseshoes, etc...- The community pool was great. - The dock had pool noodles, live vests, kayaks, a paddle board, and some floaties.The only complaint we had was the grand parents felt the showers were far to slippery and need some traction pads and support bars installed.
