The house was recently completely renovated and features a wonderful blend of restored historic details while offering all the modern comforts you could wish for.From our house, you can embark on numerous hikes and bike rides of varying lengths and durations. Nordic walking, winter sports, water sports, tennis, and much more are also among the options.
Welcome to our lovingly furnished loft apartment in Bayerisch Gmain, at the foot of the Bavarian Alps and just a few minutes from the Austrian border and the cultural city of Salzburg. The approximately 120 m² apartment features an open floor plan and captivates with plenty of natural light, warm wooden elements, and exposed beams that create a cozy atmosphere from the very first moment. The loft apartment offers a comfortable sitting area with a TV, a cozy workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen that’s perfect for cooking together. Right next to it is a spacious dining area with a large table where you can relax and gather together. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet—and even offers a wonderful view of the mountains, making every start to the day special. Please note that the sloped ceiling in the toilet area may make it feel a bit more cramped. Two cozy double beds ensure you can relax and recharge after an active day in nature.
